Holly Lamb is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who graduated from Utah State University in 2018. She worked as a therapist for youth in state’s custody while running a household as a single mom to her three boys.
In 2019 she became a clinician at Provo Canyon Behavioral Hospital, facilitating adult therapy groups in the intensive outpatient unit, teaching dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) based life skills. The same year, Holly accepted a second job as a trauma therapist working with individuals and couples struggling with the negative effects of sex addiction and betrayal trauma at Addo Recovery.
In 2020 she married her husband Gary and shortly after sent her oldest son on a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Holly is trained and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and has completed hundreds of successful ART sessions in the past 3 years.
She is very passionate about what she does and prides herself in being a solution-focused therapist, digging below the "visible problems" and finding the underlying causes for typical symptoms such as shame, depression, addiction, negative core beliefs, and relationship issues.
